Dwayne Lamar Middlebrook Jr., born March 2, 1989, peacefully departed this life on April 27, 2026.
Dwayne was a loving husband, devoted family man, and loyal friend who brought joy and laughter everywhere he went. He received his diploma in Florida and was a faithful member of Real World Worship Center. Dwayne had a passion for traveling, enjoying life, and spending time with those he loved most. He was also a dedicated Jacksonville Jaguars fan and enjoyed cheering for his team every chance he could.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alberta Manns.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving wife, Aisha Middlebrook; his father, Dwayne Lamar Middlebrook Sr.; his stepchildren, Benjamin McKinney, Destany Harris, Shawnti Harris, Shawn Harris, and Nashawn Harris; his grandchildren, Jace Israel and Jahrielle Israel; his beloved siblings, Latisha Manns, Adam Manns, Teresa Burroughs, and Kenya Middlebrook; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Burns, Say'lah Thanars, Patience Bell, Precious Bell, and Genesis Burns, along with a host of extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him.
Dwayne’s loving spirit, sense of humor, and unforgettable presence will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
