Skylar Star Phillips was born in Jacksonville, Florida on April 24, 2025 to her parents Mr. Randolph Phillips and Ms. Joyree Solomon-Cameron.

Princess Skylar was a loving child, grandchild, and niece. She was also loved by many others.

Princess Skylar departed this life on August 9, 2026 and was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Mr. Andy Hicks; Great Grandmother, LaRhonda Sumpter; Great Uncle, Clarence Pennamon; and her Great Aunt, Nekecheana Phillips.

She leaves to mourn her passing: her father, Mr. Randolph Phillips; her mother, Ms. Joyree Solomon-Cameron; two grandmothers, Mrs Jacquelyn Phillips and Ms Brittany Cameron(Reginald); one grandfather, Mr. Carlos Solomon; one great grandfather, Mr. Vincent Cameron Sr.; one great grandmother, Mary Burkes; two uncles, Jaden Solomon, and Jurnee Solomon; three aunts, Jakodie Cameron, Sunjay Brackett and Xyla Brackett; five great uncles, Richard Phillips, Kelvin Pennamon(Keisha), Quincy Burcks Elijah Burkes and Brodrick Askew; three great aunts, Valaria Sapp(Apostle Jamell Sapp Sr.), Erica Phillips (Jamisa), and Sabrina Phillips; alongside a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
